Baked is best with 4–6 players, but if your cousin rolls through with his weird roommate and two randoms. Don’t worry. You can easily scale up to 10+. Just expect more chaos, table-talk, or even betrayal.

Get to 420 Inebriation Points (IPs) first, and you’re the overlord of the sesh. Or if y’all gotta call it quits before that, the person with the most points when time’s up gets bragging rights and probably the last hit.

PIPE Cards are your trusty smoke devices. You need one to actually use your POT cards and score Inebriation Points (IPs). Some pipes have special powers, like letting you pack more, or dodge destruction. These are kept in your stash after drawing one.

EVENT cards, on the other hand, can flip the whole vibe. You might get/break a pipe, draw a ton of pot, lose your weed, or get busted by the cops. You discard after doing the event.
